• Brenda has taught the "Look Good Feel Better" program in Columbus, Ohio for the American Cancer Society since 1991.



• She is an area trainer for the American Cancer Society, teaching other cosmetologists how to conduct patient sessions since 1998.



• She was the Sunrise Award winner for the state of Ohio in 1999.



• She participates in "Relay For Life" programs, bringing the realities of cancer, hairloss and hairloss options to the students at Teays Valley High School.



• Brenda is a regular presenter at the Mount Carmel Health Systems "Breast Cancer Care" class, sharing the concepts of the "Look Good Feel Better" program.
